In the heat at this time of year I'm always trying to think of delicious meals that involve little or no cooking.
PEAR, ROQUEFORT 1 Pear per person - Jason has amazing new season's baby 'sugar'pears - peeled, cored and quartered. Slice each quarter into 3 or 4 pieces Rocket Roquefort cheese - approx 30 per person Uncle Joe's fresh walnuts - toasted and broken into pieces Dressing - whisk together: Uncle Joe's walnut oil Lemon juice 3 parts oil to 1 part juice Dijon mustard Salt and pepper On individual plates put rocket, next top with slices of pear, then crumbled Roquefort and walnut pieces. Drizzle over the dressing. Serve with plenty of French bread
